Orders
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation contains details of the products ordered, the price, the billing address and the delivery address.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the order confirmation immediately. If there are any errors, you must contact us straight away at info@mybabygem.com.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in the event of obvious errors, for example incorrect price information, technical problems or suspected fraud.
Delivery
The normal delivery time is 2–5 days. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day at the earliest.
Products are shipped from our various warehouses in Sweden, Germany, France and China so that we can guarantee the fastest possible delivery during periods of high demand.

If a parcel is not collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to our actual costs for shipping, packaging and return handling, plus an administration fee depending on the weight and size of the product. Uncollected parcels are not regarded as exercising the right of withdrawal.
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer once it has been delivered to the stated address or collected from the pick-up point.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct currency changes, misprints and technical errors.
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge late-payment interest and reminder fees in accordance with applicable law.
Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:
- Contact us by email stating your name, phone number, email address, order number and the products you are returning.
- Return the products within 14 days in their original condition and well packed.
The customer pays the return postage and is responsible for ensuring that the product is in unchanged condition when returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Hygiene products whose packaging has been opened.
- Special orders or personalised products.
- Products with a limited shelf life.
- Prams and products that have been assembled or used.
The refund is paid within 3–7 days of us receiving and approving the return. Any shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
Please note that return costs can be high for products weighing over 4 kg.
30-day open purchase
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you get a 30-day open purchase: you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The same conditions apply as for returns: the product must be unused and in its original packaging, and the customer pays the return postage.
Inspection of the product and possible loss of value
If the product has been handled more than the law allows, we are entitled to make a deduction corresponding to the resulting loss of value. The size of the deduction depends on the loss of value and may in some cases equal the full price of the product if it can no longer be sold as new.
Examples of handling that is not permitted:
- practical use of the product (e.g. a test drive, outdoor use or assembly),
- removing protective film, labels or seals,
- returning the product dirty, worn or with an odour.
Products with clear signs of use or that are no longer saleable are considered used, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Order cancellation and handling fee
You can cancel your order free of charge until the product has been packed. If the cancellation is made after packing, a handling fee will be charged; the amount depends on the weight and size of the product and will be stated at the time of cancellation. The fee covers shipping, return and administrative costs.
To cancel, email us your order number, first and last name and the phone number used for the order. If the product has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Complaints
If the product is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately by email stating your name, address, order number and a description of the fault. Clear photos are required for assessment.
For approved complaints, we pay the return postage. We follow the Consumer Protection Act when handling complaints.
Warranty
In addition to the statutory right to complain, all products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, not damage caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or financial loss in connection with the use of our products.
Nor are we liable for damage, delivery delays or breaches of contract caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, industrial action, decisions by public authorities, war, pandemics or major operational disruptions.
Product information
We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, and products may sell out. We strive to present the products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all images and technical details fully match the product delivered.
Intellectual property
All content on our website, including texts, images, logos and graphics, belongs to BabyGem or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our express permission.
